Discovering 50,000 years of history in our own backyard!

Linfield University participated with the Willamette Valley Pleistocene Project on excavations, river floats and projects throughout the Willamette Valley from 2011 through 2018.

Sadly, we felt compelled to end our association with the institution when the Administration and Board of Trustees failed to address our written complaint of Research Misconduct in a timely, professional, unbiased and ethical manner.

Working with the majority of the University staff and all of the students involved in the Project was one of our most rewarding experiences.  Only after exhausting all avenues of recourse, very careful consideration and with the greatest regret did we feel compelled to end our association.  We hope for and are open to changes within the University that could lead to a resumption of the collaboration.
